NiceJob extends further into SMS, integrations, social sharing, website widgets, referrals, and repeat business. It is designed as reputation marketing rather than a Google-only workflow.

Where NiceJob is better
NiceJob is better when a home-service or local business wants requests triggered by tools it already uses. Its integration ecosystem can remove manual contact entry. It is also stronger when review widgets, automatic social sharing, referrals, and repeat booking campaigns will be used.
NiceJob has a longer operating history and a larger customer base. An owner who values a mature product and broad support material may reasonably pay more for that confidence.
Where Revuu is better
Revuu is better when the problem is narrow: one shop needs unlimited email requests, reminders, Google monitoring, and controlled replies.
