Terms of service

Using Revuu

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business connected to Revuu. You are responsible for accurate account information, account security, and activity performed through your account.

Revuu is built for genuine customer review requests. You may not use it to send spam, contact people without a valid business relationship, impersonate another business, manipulate reviews, or violate Google's policies or applicable law. Review request policy

You must send requests only to customers who had a real interaction with your business. You may not offer compensation for a positive review, suppress requests based on expected rating, or use Revuu for review gating. Every customer must have the same opportunity to leave honest feedback.

You are responsible for your customer list and message content. Revuu may suspend sending that produces excessive complaints, bounces, or abuse reports.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Promotional and introductory terms appear on the pricing page. Paid plans renew at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. Current limits, trial terms, and prices appear on the pricing page.

You may cancel in account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period unless the account is suspended for abuse. Except where law requires otherwise, payments already processed are not refundable.

Google and third-party services

Google Business Profile, email delivery, AI drafting, and payment services are operated by third parties under their own terms. Revuu does not control their availability, policies, or decisions. You may disconnect Google access at any time as described in the privacy policy.

Service availability and responsibility

We work to keep Revuu available and accurate, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, a particular number of reviews, a higher rating, or search ranking. You remain responsible for checking every reply and for your relationship with customers.

To the extent permitted by law, Revuu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Any total liability relating to a paid account is limited to the amount paid for the service during the six months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes. Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Effective date: August 9, 2026.
